Iphone 3G or Xperia X1??!

Dang!

Sony Ericsson introduced the "so-called Iphone Killer" Xperia X1 last Feb at the MWC in Barcelona. But then, they took forever to release it making me tired of waiting. Hearsay, it will be available late 2008.

Now, Apple came up with a new version of Iphone and claims to be faster, better and cheaper --- The 3G. Their Ad says "The first phone to beat the Iphone". haahhaha. And it can be used by all networks, i think. hmmm. Coming July 11.

So, which one am i gonna get?

No matter how good of a person you are, there will always be-- what they call-- trials in life that you need to overcome. Some people say that God wants to test on how strong your faith is in him. Just believe.

At this moment, our family faces a new challenge in our lives which i opt not to discuss into details right now. But, we try to stay strong, together, and just pray for the betterment of everybody including peace in the whole world. Also, hope and pray that these demons (i am referring to certain people particularly THEM) will stay away and get a life of their own.

God has always been so good to us that we will just leave everything to him. He's just there watching over all of us including you reading this. So, never lose hope coz He listens. We won't have all these blessings if he doesn't. Have faith.

Grieve over my VAIO, rejoice w/my MAC!

Sigh. I am kinda sad because i did not expect my VAIO to have that much damage due to overcharging of the battery, problems with its system board and whatnot. Though i was aware that laptops are fragile, but i admit that i was too careless then. That baby served me for more than 3 years every single day. Yet, it's not worth having it fixed since the fees cost like a brand new ordinary laptop.

Perhaps, it's just about time to switch. So, i decided to get a MAC [(Well, it's not so ordinary though but what can i say, it simply is THE best. REALLY. No offense to Sony :))] It's operating system may be a bit different from Windows, but you'll figure it out. And it's virus free too. I am so in love with it that i can't get enough of every day. If i just knew that MAC is as awesome as what i have right now, i should have gotten this years ago. But anyway, Sony was not that bad at all.

What i need to do now is to figure out as to how to network this with my UX. I am not that good with computers, but i know well enough to have my online biz up and running.

Non-stop Memorial Weekend Getaway

'twas a busy weekend for everyone. Parties here and there. Everybody is celebrating. But you can only go to one event at a time, duh! It's not just about going just for the sake of going out of your house but attend to where matters most to you.

Friday, I would like to congratulate the E! family for the graduation of older EJ & FC last week. We are all so happy to see you guys happy, especially older EJ for getting that brand new HC. How happy can you get? but you really got me when second EJ tried to fool me bout getting the gas thingy. Naughty! Thank you for inviting us over. Food was great as usual. It was a hell of a party that you forget the time. Sorry B if i wasn't able to answer your call for directions. Anyways, i'll see you soon, muah!

Saturday, i made a quick getaway to the mall hoping that they have a sale on those powerful gadgets that i've been wanting these past few months. Well, everybody else went on sale, but they're not. hmp! Then, had sushi for lunch with my, who else! Was just our way of celebrating whatever. LOL. We celebrate life all the time.

Sunday, Jed's birthday picnic was a blast! Though she haven't had enough sleep, she's still as lively as she is. Thanks to the long time bf who gave her that energy. Calm down in the next 3 more days Jed! ;)) Btw, we had bbq's, hotdogs and a truckload of food supply, burp! It's a lot of fun there, something new but i was cut short coz my date needs to go somewhere. Thanks Jed for inviting us to go there. We truly had a great time. We should do it again.

Originally, i was planning to put pix on here, then i changed my mind coz there are a lot of psycho wakwak out there miserable enough to want to ruin my moment.

Life is good. Really really good. I got the best of the bests friends. I have a great family. I have a comfortably pampered life that the 'wakwak' is sooo jealous about.

All these years, i have been wanting to do an online business but you know this word called "procrastination", is one of my close friends. NOT!....anymore ;p

I want to do something i like. So, I'm doing it right now.

The store sells all types of body accessories. In the meantime, i have body jewelry (Navel, Nose & Eyebrow Rings)I'm still thinking of getting the tongue rings. More stocks and styles are coming soon.

This idea was inspired because whichever mall i go, all of their body jewelry are very expensive and THEY'RE ALL THE SAME. I want to give buyers something less expensive and most especially the best quality there is. That is what LivinLuXe.com is all about. Really affordable. Okay Fine! who doesn't want a profit? that's why they say it's business. BUT, not a 1000% profit. haha.

Soup for Hangover.

It is now 5 AM. I couldn't sleep again coz i just got off the phone with my friend Zuki. tuwiwiwi. She asked me for the nth time on how to make that healthy korean dried pollack soup called Buk uh Gook that is supposedly a cure for hangover.

Yes, it's true. It does make you feel better. And it only takes 15 minutes to prepare. Super easy. You only need to have dried whiting slices, sesame oil, water (bout 5 glasses for a half pound whiting), Dashida (it's a soup stock, beef flavor), beaten egg, and scallion.

Rinse and soak the dried whiting slices in the water for about 2 mins then squeeze out the water and put it in the ready heated non-stick pot. Then put 2 tbsp. sesame oil to fry it a little bit. (Yes, i know you're wondering, why does the oil come after the fish? Well, that's just the way it is honey.) When the fish looks brownish, you can pour the water in and add 1/2 tbsp Dashida. Bring to a boil. Lastly, add the beaten egg mixed with scallions (cut of course) Boil. Ta-dah! You're Buk uh Gook is ready to serve.

Then, as i finished explaining to her, she just told me told me that she didn't have all the ingredients. Toink.

Btw, I am a Filipina and proud to be one. I learned this because i am eating 90% Korean food all the time. I know how to make Korean food better than cooking adobo, yummm. Sorry. My hubby is a Korean, lol. That's why.

There's another korean soup for hangover which i'm going to post next time coz i need to sleep now. Good night and Good Morning. ENJOY!

Blogging. I heard this word more than a million times, but i just ignore it. All of my friends have done it, but i'm too lazy to do it. So, as i go online as often as 24/7 (LOL, yes really!) i always come across blogs in Myspace, Friendster, Bebo, Facebook, Fanbox and all other networking sites you can think of. I said, hey this looks like fun. I want to try it. Then, busy-ness is here, working and taking care of my family especially my adorable new baby, so i forget and procrastinate. Duh!

Lately, i got really bored. I thought of calling my friends, but all of them are either busy or phone's off. My other friends are also unavailable since we have different time zones. What do i have to do to kill time and at the same time have fun. Then, i remember one of my Sbff's (yes Cess, that's you, muah!) suggestion to try blogging. Now, here's this word again.

Okay, fine! i'll try it, finally!

OMG, this REALLY is fun. I'm dead serious. Highly recommended to everyone who hasn't tried yet. And because you have to think of ideas/topic to write, it makes my brain work again after having graduated for several years. {(won't tell how many years or you will guess my age, haha!)} You should try it. I'm lovin' it so expect me to post more blogs soon.
